The clean start plan
For business owners who want to keep doing their own books but need a clean start first. I fix the past, move you into QuickBooks® Online, and check your work every quarter.
Cleanup and transition
One time. I clean up your existing books and move them into your QuickBooks® Online subscription.
$750 flat fee
Quarterly review
A professional review of your books each quarter, with minor adjustments made as needed. You keep running the day-to-day. Your price depends on how many transactions you have each month.

Buy your subscription through my firm and take 10% off the current retail rate for as long as you stay with me. Applicable taxes and fees are added.
10% off your subscription
To join the plan, you buy QuickBooks® Online through my firm. It is billed separately from my fees, and it is the only thing the discount applies to.
Starting January 1, 2027, California sales tax will apply to software subscriptions like QuickBooks® Online (California SB 122). Applicable sales tax will be added to your subscription billing.

About me
I'm TJ Glover. I started this firm because I enjoy bringing order to a business's numbers, and because so many small business owners are left guessing about their own books.
Most small businesses can't afford the typical monthly bookkeeping firm, and that's who I built this for. I'd rather help you stay as independent as you want to be and teach you along the way than make you dependent on me. If you'd rather hand the books off completely, I do full monthly bookkeeping too.
My background isn't in finance. I've spent years running complex construction sites, digital services, and manufacturing businesses, so I understand how a business really runs and what the numbers need to tell the person in charge. I explain everything in plain English, and you'll always know the price before any work starts.

I use a VPN whenever I open your files or QuickBooks® Online.
Private file sharing
We share documents through a private OneDrive folder on my business account. Only you and I have access to it.
Secure signatures
Anything that needs a signature goes through Adobe Acrobat e-sign.
Common questions
What counts as a transaction?
Each item that shows up in your accounts: a customer payment, a bill you pay, a card charge, or a bank fee. Your quarterly review price is based on your typical monthly count.
What does the cleanup include?
I go through your existing books, fix what's wrong, and move everything into your QuickBooks® Online subscription so you start with a clean slate.
Do I have to buy QuickBooks® Online through your firm?
For the clean start plan, yes. In return, you get 10% off the current retail rate for as long as you stay with my firm.
What if I already use QuickBooks® Online?
You'll start a new subscription through my firm and cancel your existing one. I move your cleaned-up books into the new subscription as part of the cleanup and transition.
What if I have more than 250 transactions a month?
Email me for a quote. If you'd rather hand off the day-to-day work, I also offer full monthly bookkeeping.
